You may be studying a field generally associated with the creation of technology such as engineering or software development, you use technology in your work, family, or community life, or you may have just set down a cell phone a few moments ago. Regardless of your circumstances, you are surrounded by technology. You have enjoyed its benefits and no doubt witnessed the troubles it can cause. Many questions must have occurred to you: Is the role technology now plays just the normal order of things? How will technology be in the better world we imagine? For all the rapid technological development we have seen why do the same problems persist? Rarely, if ever, do we have a chance to examine the topic thoroughly. Together we will draw on consultation, two writers from the technology discourse, and passages from the Bahá’í Writings to grapple with these questions.

There is space for about 20 participants, if that fills up priority may be given to those who can attend the full seminar.
